The Dance Company’s mission is to provide dancers with A comprehensive artistic education that fosters excellence in all forms of dance in a manner that embraces a passion for the art form. The Dance Company strongly believes in making dance accessible to everyone and strives to provide scholarships and tuition assistance through contributed income, sponsorships and in-kind payments. In addition, a key goal for The Dance Company is to instill in its dancers an enthusiasm for and desire to have a positive influence within the community.

  • 2024-2025 Tuition Information

    Tuition Assistance Application

    Annual tuition is divided into 10 months (August through May) & is based on number of hours taken per week by student or family. Payment is due the first week of each month, August - May. There is a $20 late charge for all payments received after the 10th day of the month. Returned checks subject to $30 charge.

    Registration Fees, Recital Fees & Costume Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    MONTHLY FEES REMAIN THE SAME DESPITE FEWER CLASSES (HOLIDAYS), ABSENCES/ILLNESS, OR MORE (5TH WEEK) PER MONTH.

    30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIRED TO DROP CLASSES!

Classes

  • Ballet

    (Ages 6+)

    This class places emphasis on correct alignment of the body and a progressive development of positions & musicality using a classical ballet curriculum.

  • Jazz

    (Ages 6+)

    This class focuses on learning proper dance technique through a dynamic warm-up, progressions across the floor, & stylized combinations.

  • Tap

    (Ages 6+)

    This class develops rhythm, style & sound placing an emphasis on developing proper technique & producing clear sounds.

  • Modern

    (Ages 6+)

    This class emphasizes correct alignment, development of strength, rhythmic and dynamic movement.

  • Pointe

    (w/ director approval)

    Dancers must have a strong ballet foundation to go en pointe.

  • Contemporary

    (Ages 6+)

    This class utilizes elements from ballet, modern and jazz while emphasizing self-expression.

  • Hip Hop

    (Ages 6+)

    This is a high energy class that will encourage students to bring their own individual style and personality to the movements.

  • Musical Theatre

    (Ages 6+)

    This class combines dancing, singing and acting and places emphasis on performance skills.

  • Acrobatics

    (Ages 6+)

    Acro uses strength and flexibility to perform gymnastic-based tricks & utilizes conditioning exercises to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination.

  • 2 Year Old Class

    (Ages 2-3)

    A 30min class that introduces dance and music & instills the fundamentals of classical dance training. This class has one recital dance.

  • Preschool Dance

    (Ages 3-5)

    A 45 min class that teaches the fundamentals of ballet & tap. This class has one recital dance.

  • Combo

    Combo (Ages 5-6)

    A 1hr class that teaches the fundamentals of ballet & Tap. This class has two recital dances.
